It applies to all users of ChallengeKit, including visitors, leads, customers, team members, partners, affiliates, and anyone else who accesses or uses our website, software, pages, emails, forms, booking pages, community spaces, templates, content, or services.
By using ChallengeKit, you agree to follow this policy.
If you do not agree, do not use ChallengeKit.

We want ChallengeKit to stay safe, lawful, useful, and reliable for everyone.
This policy is here to:

- reduce fraud and abuse
- stop unlawful or harmful activity
- keep the service stable and secure

If there is a conflict between this policy and a signed custom agreement, the signed agreement controls for that part only.

You are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to your own use of the service.
6. No Fraud, Deception, or Dishonest Use
You may not use ChallengeKit to:
- commit fraud
- impersonate another person or business
- create fake offers
- collect money under false claims
- make false statements
- hide your identity in a deceptive way
- use fake names, fake company details, or fake payment details
- trick users into giving information they would not otherwise give
- run bait-and-switch offers
- create fake booking pages or fake support pages
- make false earnings claims
- make false guarantees
- submit fake applications, fake reviews, or fake testimonials
You must be honest in your pages, emails, forms, calls, offers, and support messages.
7. No Spam or Unwanted Messages
You may not use ChallengeKit to send or support spam.
This includes:
- sending unwanted bulk email
- sending unwanted text messages
- sending messages without a lawful reason or permission where required
- sending repeated cold messages in a deceptive or abusive way
- using bought, scraped, or stolen contact lists
- hiding the sender
- using misleading subject lines
- sending harmful attachments or links
- using misleading unsubscribe behavior
- ignoring unsubscribe requests where the law requires you to honor them
You are responsible for making sure your messages follow all rules that apply to your business.
8. No Abuse of Forms, Quizzes, Pages, or Booking Flows
You may not misuse ChallengeKit forms, quizzes, booking flows, or application pages.
This includes:
- collecting data under false reasons
- collecting sensitive data without proper need
- creating fake qualification flows
- making misleading promises to get people to book
- using hidden charges
- using fake scarcity
- creating fake countdowns or fake spots remaining
- collecting information you do not need
- submitting fake answers to test or game the system in a harmful way
- auto-filling forms with bots unless clearly allowed
- using booking flows to trap, deceive, or pressure users unfairly
You should only collect the information you actually need.
9. No Security Abuse
You may not use ChallengeKit to harm, test, or break the security of our systems.
This includes:
- hacking
- probing for weaknesses without written permission
- bypassing access controls
- reverse engineering where not clearly allowed by law
- brute force attacks
- password guessing
- using stolen login details
- session hijacking
- installing harmful code
- uploading malware
- injecting scripts
- interfering with performance
- scraping restricted content
- creating bots that overload the service
- trying to view another user’s data without permission
If you discover a security issue, report it to us at contact@challengekit.io and do not misuse it.
10. No Interference With the Service
You may not do anything that interferes with normal operation of ChallengeKit.
This includes:
- overloading the system
- sending unusually high volumes of traffic in a harmful way
- abusing automation
- creating fake load
- causing downtime
- blocking other users from using the service
- repeatedly calling the service in a harmful or abusive way
- using the service in a way that clearly exceeds fair use for your plan or stated use
We may limit, slow, suspend, or block activity that harms system health or user experience.
11. No Unlawful or Harmful Content
You may not upload, post, share, store, send, or publish content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
This includes content that:
- is fraudulent
- is defamatory
- is hateful
- is violent or threatening
- promotes harm
- promotes terrorism or violent groups
- exploits children
- promotes self-harm
- promotes criminal activity
- invades privacy
- is sexually exploitative
- is obscene where unlawful
- contains unlawful harassment
- encourages abuse of any person or group
We may remove such content and take action on the account involved.
12. No Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use ChallengeKit to upload, post, sell, send, or store content that breaks another person’s intellectual property rights.
This includes:
- copyrighted content you do not own or have permission to use
- copied websites
- copied sales pages
- copied course material
- copied videos
- copied templates
- copied logos
- copied brand names
- fake lookalike pages meant to confuse users
- pirated downloads
- unlicensed software or media
You are responsible for making sure the content you use is lawful.
13. No Privacy Violations
You may not use ChallengeKit to collect, store, share, or misuse personal data in ways that break privacy law or trust.
This includes:
- collecting data without proper notice where required
- collecting data without legal basis where required
- sharing user data without permission where needed
- exposing private data in public pages or groups
- scraping personal data
- storing sensitive data carelessly
- selling or passing user data in improper ways
- collecting more personal data than needed
- using user data in a deceptive way
If you collect data through ChallengeKit, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business.
14. No Use for Illegal Financial Activity
You may not use ChallengeKit for illegal or improper financial activity.
This includes:
- money laundering
- stolen funds
- chargeback abuse
- fake offers
- fake refunds
- fake invoices
- fake business claims
- misleading payment pages
- unlawful gambling offers
- unlawful lending
- unlawful investment promotion
- unlawful financial schemes
We may suspend accounts and report activity where needed.
15. No Misleading Earnings, Results, or Business Claims
You may not use ChallengeKit to make false or misleading claims about:
- income
- revenue
- profit
- leads
- calls
- conversions
- client results
- business growth
- expected results
- guaranteed outcomes
If you use testimonials, screenshots, or numbers, they must be truthful and not misleading.
You may not:
- invent case studies
- fake screenshots
- edit proof in a deceptive way
- hide key facts that change the meaning
- present exceptions as normal results
- promise outcomes you cannot support
Where needed, you should include proper disclaimers.
16. Restricted Business Uses
You may not use ChallengeKit for businesses or activities that are unlawful, highly deceptive, or otherwise not allowed by us.
We may restrict or refuse certain business types, including where needed:
- scams
- fake coaching or fake consulting
- illegal financial schemes
- illegal drugs
- unlawful adult services
- unlawful weapons sales
- stolen goods
- fake IDs
- unlawful gambling
- unlawful health claims
- unlawful medical claims
- fraudulent government-related offers
- impersonation services
- phishing or spyware activity
- pyramid schemes
- fake charities
- human exploitation
- any business type we believe creates legal, payment, platform, safety, or brand risk
We may update these restrictions at any time.
17. Health, Fitness, and Wellness Use
Because many ChallengeKit users are coaches in fitness, health, or wellness, you must use extra care when creating pages, emails, and offers in these areas.
You may not use ChallengeKit to:
- make false health claims
- make unsafe claims
- promise medical outcomes without lawful basis
- give medical advice if you are not qualified
- suggest guaranteed physical transformation results
- make fear-based health claims that break the law or platform rules
- run misleading wellness offers
You are responsible for the claims you make in your own business.
ChallengeKit does not review every claim before you publish it.
18. No Abuse of Free Plans, Trials, or Limited Offers
You may not abuse free plans, free trials, beta access, discounts, or limited offers.
This includes:
- creating repeated fake accounts to keep getting free access
- using false names or payment details
- canceling and reopening to avoid payment unfairly
- trying to bypass user limits
- using multiple accounts to avoid plan rules
- using promo offers in a deceptive or abusive way
We may end access or block future use if we see abuse.
19. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use
Unless we clearly allow it in writing, you may not:
- resell access to ChallengeKit
- white-label the service
- lease accounts
- sublicense the software
- provide paid access to your account
- create a competing hosted service from ChallengeKit
- sell templates, training, or materials that belong to ChallengeKit as your own product
If your plan includes team or agency features, you may use those only within the limits of that plan.
20. Community Rules
If ChallengeKit offers community features, comments, chats, groups, or member spaces, you must use them respectfully.
You may not:
- bully or harass others
- stalk others
- threaten others
- post hate speech
- post spam
- post fake wins or fake proof
- pressure users in a deceptive way
- steal other people’s ideas and present them as your own
- share private screenshots or personal data without permission
- disrupt the group or member space
We may remove content, mute users, suspend access, or close accounts as needed.
21. Support Abuse Is Not Allowed
Our support team and staff must be treated respectfully.
You may not:
- threaten staff
- abuse staff
- harass staff
- send repeated abusive messages
- use slurs or hateful language
- demand access you are not entitled to
- pressure staff to break policy
- create false complaints in bad faith
If this happens, we may refuse support, suspend access, or close the account.
22. AI Feature Use
If ChallengeKit offers AI-related features, you may not use them to:
- create unlawful material
- create hateful or abusive content
- create scams
- impersonate others
- generate harmful code or attack tools
- process data you do not have the right to use
- upload sensitive data carelessly
- produce spam at scale
- create illegal or infringing content knowingly
You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before you use it.
AI output does not remove your responsibility.
23. Data Use and Participant Responsibility
If you use ChallengeKit to collect, manage, or contact your own leads, clients, or participants, you are responsible for:
- giving proper notice where required
- getting consent where required
- using data lawfully
- storing data responsibly
- honoring unsubscribe and deletion rights where required
- handling participant data in a safe and lawful way
ChallengeKit provides the service, but you remain responsible for how you use participant data in your business.
24. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor use of ChallengeKit to:
- protect the service
- investigate abuse
- enforce this policy
- detect fraud
- improve security
- respond to complaints
- comply with legal duties
We do not promise to monitor everything, and we are not required to review all user activity before taking action.
We may take action based on automated systems, human review, user reports, legal requests, or internal review.
25. What Happens If You Break This Policy
If you break this policy, we may take action, including:
- warning you
- removing content
- limiting features
- pausing campaigns or pages
- suspending your account
- closing your account
- canceling bookings
- blocking future use
- denying refunds where allowed by law
- reporting unlawful activity
- taking legal action where needed
We may act immediately if we believe the issue is serious.
We do not have to give advance notice in every case.
26. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using ChallengeKit in a way that breaks this policy, contact us at:

We may review the report, ask for more information, and take action if needed.
27. No Waiver
If we do not enforce one part of this policy right away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date above.
If you keep using ChallengeKit after the updated policy is posted, that means you accept the updated policy.
